driving pleasure
Responsive and quiet driving with smooth, dynamic starts: enjoy all the advantages of electric driving with Renault Kangoo Van electric.
High-voltage batteries are designed to prevent fire outbreaks - during normal use and in the event of an accident. However, if a fire starts elsewhere and spreads to the battery, this safety system—developed in collaboration with firefighters—allows them to quickly extinguish it by flooding the battery with water.
Fireman Access cuts battery fire response time to under 10 minutes on average—compared to the 4-hour average with other manufacturers. Each intervention saves around 42,000 litres of water and, most importantly, gives emergency crews the critical time they need.
electric performance
Kangoo E-Tech electric has a 45kWh lithium-ion battery providing 120 horse power for a dynamic performance.
driving range
Kangoo E-Tech electric has a WLTP driving range of up to 186 miles1 and the 22kW AC KW and DC 80 kW charging allows you to charge up to 80% of your battery in less than 40 minutes2.
eco mode
Eco mode optimises the driving range through electronic management, limiting engine power to 55 kW and top speed of 68 mph.
1 WLTP figures shown are for comparability purposes only. Actual real-world driving results may vary depending on factors including the starting charge of the battery, accessories fitted after registration, weather conditions, driving styles and vehicle load.
2 Figures quoted are for a new Kangoo Van E-Tech electric L1 with a standard 80 kW charger. Charging time may vary depending on charging conditions, including charger type and condition, on-site power usage, battery temperature as well as ambient temperature at point of use, battery age and state of charge, and if battery safeguarding technology is activated. [Indicated rapid charging time requires use of a 80 kW charger, available only on public charger network - visit My Renault for coverage details.}
